Noah Souza, Consultant
Noah Souza graduated from Renssellaer Polytechnci Institute (Troy, New York) RPI with a Bachelor's degree in MIS. At the same time, he picked up valuable on-the-job programming experience, but soon after graduation he was headed to Tucson, where, surprisingly, no job recruiters seemed to recognize that RPI is a highly-regarded university. Luckily for NetOutcomes, Dave Tedlock's career included four years in Boston, two of them teaching at the college level, so Dave was familiar with RPI and impressed with Noah as a person.
After a few years serving as NetOutcomes lead programmer, Noah and his wife returned to New England, where Noah continues to work for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Noah's wide range of programming experience includes perl, asp, php and Cold Fusion. One of his most interesting projects at Hitchcock was a system that would recognize physicians by the badges they wore and start pre-loading their patient data as they approach a computer terminal in the hospital.
